Sugarcane Decaf Process is simple:
Coffee beans are moistened with a liquid of ethyl acetate (EA), which is obtained from cane sugar. The liquid circulates over the entire surface of the coffee. After the caffeine level drops, the EA residues on the beans are removed by evaporation.
