Coffee Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, coffee products must be in the original packaging with any seals unbroken. Please note that due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns if the packaging is damaged upon delivery.

If your coffee arrives damaged, please email us immediately at with photos of the damaged packaging.
Upon validation, we will provide instructions where to send the coffee.

Accessory Returns
Eligibility: Accessories must be unused, unworn, with original tags and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If something is not right with any accessory you order from us, please let us know on with your order number and details about the product. Product must be shipped back in original packaging (including all documentation) and in original condition.

General Conditions for Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of the item to request a return for both coffee and accessories. The item must be in its original unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
For any issues such as defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at for prompt resolution.
Shipping cost of returning the package should payed by the sender (the Client). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and execute the refund.
